  • Order & Shipping

    Orders ship within 2–5 business days for standard products. Custom builds ship after your build is complete — typically 3–4 weeks from deposit. All orders include tracking. US only.

  • Return & Exchange

    Standard products can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Custom builds are non-refundable once production begins. If there's a defect on our end, we fix it — guaranteed.

    Have questions about your build? Email us with your order number and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days. Every custom build is backed by a lifetime cable guarantee.

Common Questions

Orders

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Custom builds also require a deposit payment before your build slot is confirmed.

Products

All TEN18 cables and connectors are handwired and tested before shipping. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Custom Builds

Custom builds take 3–4 weeks from deposit received and design approved. We'll walk you through the full process — consultation, layout design, fabrication, and delivery.

Shipping

We ship within the US only. Standard products ship in 2–5 business days. Tracking is included on all orders.

Warranty

Every cable we make is guaranteed for life. If it fails, send it back and we'll fix or replace it free of charge. No questions asked.
