Shipping policy

Ten18 Store ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Time

• Standard products (cables, plugs): 2–5 business days to process and ship
• Custom builds: 3–4 weeks build time before shipment

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: All orders include tracking. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the courier.
