Standard Products (Cables & Plugs) We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve it — whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation. Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for a return.

Custom Builds Custom builds are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once production begins. If there's a defect or error on our end, we will fix it — no question. Every custom build is tested before it ships. If you have a concern, reach out and we'll find a solution together. We stand behind our work.
